Collection & Use of Personal Data

they are necessary for us to communicate with the project manager assigned to us until the project is completed, to record the legal representative in the project contract we conclude, as well as to issue invoices for the work

It is also possible that during the execution of each project, third-party data necessary for its implementation may come into our possession. This data provided to ViMa Design by the client for the execution of the project, is given with the express consent of the data controller (client) to ViMaDesign who is the processor.The controller must have obtained the relevant consent from the data subjects before transferring them to ViMaDesign, as well as having appropriately informed the subject about the processor.

In every project contract we sign, the roles and respective obligations of the contracting parties are explicitly defined.

We also provide hosting (web hosting) as a service to most of the websites we build, as well as to websites built by third parties.

On these websites are potentially stored third-party personal data (e.g. customer details). Which personal data is stored on each page and which processing is done differs for each page we host and is defined by the respective owner of each page.

On the websites we host, the data controller is the respective owner of the website, while VimaDesign has the role of performing the processing on behalf of the controller. In particular, the data is stored on a server of our own responsibility. Any additional processing is carried out only upon express written instruction of the data controller.

We work with external partners, who provide specialized services (photography, copywriting, communication strategy, systems management, etc.) in order to fully implement the projects we undertake, who may need to process some of your personal data necessary for them.
